Grounds Maintenance Operative

Due to an increase in workload we are looking for a part time Grounds person / Handyman/ Cleaner required for prestigious site in Plymouth 10 hours per week

Duties to include but not limited to


Litter picking, Emptying bins, Sweeping, Pressure washing / window cleaning/ bin store cleaning/ cleaning of communal areas/ offices etc of all areas on site.

Basic handyman tasks to include changing toilet seats, painting and other site maintenance as required

Hours are negotiable.

We operate a 7 day working day operation so there will be weekend work involved and bank holidays where necessary.

Flexibility and reliability is key and being able to work as part of a team


Although this is a part time role there will be times where you will have to do extended hours to cover staff holidays or staff sickness.

Attention to detail is also a must. You will be working in an area where there are a lot of general public

Hourly rate is £11.44 per hour
