Salary:
£45,326+ Dependent on experience

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and develop java software to expand our battlespace simulation
• Responsibility for tasks and staff
• Deliver simulation software to support analyst colleagues to meet their study needs
• Understand complex future requirements and prioritise and capture the important features in reliable, efficient and maintainable software
• Opportunity to design and execute simulated defence experiments and present results to senior stakeholders

Your skills and experiences:

• Software writing experience
• A proactive approach to problemsolving
• Effective communication of complex ideas
• Focus on regular delivery of improvements over striving for perfection
• Support of colleagues for the benefit of the team
• Curiosity and continuous learning
