  • Briefing and Debriefing of drivers ensuring all relevant systems are update
  • Coordination of collection and delivery of goods including daily and weekly planning
  • Preparation of transport and customer documents ensure compliance with standard operating procedure
  • Accurately entering information onto various operational systems
  • Working as a team and escalating any potential issues

  • 12 years of experience working in a transport office environment
  • An understanding of WTD and drivers hours regulations
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Being able to work as part of a busy team
  • Ability to follow work procedures
  • Experience of dealing with drivers and the associated administration
