Job Description

A Senior Finance Analyst thrives in an end-to-end role, from number-crunching to reward program support and who can analyze, create, communicate, constructively challenge & problem-solve.

To be successful, you will have to enjoy working in a business-facing advisory role
Duties will include but not be limited to:

Develop and maintain excel models to manually calculate bonus accruals and payments for our variable pay employees globally, ensuring full audit trail is in place.

Continually review the integrity of source data and follow up on corrective actions with colleagues in human resources, payroll and across the finance functions
Issue month-end accrual values to Finance across multiple legal entities.
Answer ad hoc queries from the global organization on bonus related issues.
Ability to gain in depth knowledge of complex plan components and calculations
Maintain plan records including key milestone activity and participation data and the issue and review/maintenance of plan documentation.
Comprehend various Bonus plan structures and own calculations for payments
Support the preparation of reports & audits
Provide strategic advice and guidance including year-end remuneration processes.
Qualifications
Professional Qualification (CIMA or ACCA)
Advanced level Excel skills with the ability to build complex formula& create user-friendly data templates
Knowledge of database systems would be highly advantageous
Previous experience within global andmulticultural environment
Additional Information
Able to communicate at all level and especially to C-level stakeholders
Good understanding of Business Operations and Sales Compensation Plans
Able to prioritize and managethe workload
Ability tomanage unstructured data and create Order from scratch
excellent organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills and commercial approach whilst maintaining high standards of client service.
Confidence to think differently, open to learnin a fast paced and changing environment
