OSKA London is currently looking for a talented Full-Time Sales Advisor across both the OSKA Chelsea and OSKA Marylebone stores.

OSKA is a German designer brand of international renown.

Our collection, defined by distinctive design and sustainability, is for women who want to create their own look through our style, our colours and materials.

OSKA is aimed at the mature, individual and quality conscious woman. We strive to provide the best guidance and service.

This role is customer facing so you will need to have excellent customer service skills.

We are in contact with customers on a regular basis so you will need to be happy to inform them on new arrivals with a view to meeting sales targets.


Your role will include:

  • Shop floor sales and all that is involved in selecting garments to meet each customers individual requirements.
  • Helping to process online and telephone orders.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships with regular clients as well as introducing new customers to the brand.
  • Helping with instore events each season giving customers personalised shopping experience.
  • Covering staff holidays. Flexibility in the days you are available to work is essential.

Skills you will need:

  • Confident at communicating, discussing and selling OSKA clothing as well as understand our sustainability and brand ethos.
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong communication skills in order to keep customers updated on new deliveries, events, etc.
  • Friendly and approachable and work well on your own and as part of a team.

The position offers:

  • 40 hours per week, as required by the needs of the business.
  • Competitive hourly rate plus bonus scheme.
