Centre Operations Supervisor (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) –

Hounslow Company Overview:
Our client is an independent, market-leading property consultancy headquartered in London, with offices in Scotland and Manchester. Their expertise encompasses planning and development, property management, specialist valuations, and transactions across the United Kingdom.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Operations Supervisor (COS) for a 12-month fixed term contract with potential to extend, in Hounslow.

This role involves ensuring a safe environment throughout the mall and back-of-house areas, and working closely with the Property Manager to achieve financial and operational targets.

Financial & Leasing & Professional:

Develop and deliver the Service Charge Budget and corresponding reports, ensuring best value and compliance with RICS best practice.

Ensure adherence to Mall Licences rules and regulations, preventing any legal protection under Landlord and Tenant Legislation through occupation of the Centre.

Manage the implementation of the Centre Operations Manual.
Accurately code invoices, manage associated expenditure, and ensure the service charge budget is not exceeded.

Act as the nominated person for Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and Environmental matters, ensuring the safety of all tenants and visitors.

Lead and direct all on-site staff, ensuring development and training reflect brand values.
Ensure staff compliance with the code of conduct on-site.
Ensure delivery of statutory training responsibilities and compliance with company policies.
Liaise with team on personnel administration and management.
Recognize and share best practice performance within the team.
Communicate and adhere to all company policies appropriately.

Experience in management and control of the Service Charge Budget.
Strong understanding of property and facilities management.
Excellent communication and IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office.
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
