Busy Bee Recruitment are currently assisting with the recruitment of a
Account Managerfor their client based in Royston, Cambridgeshire

Duties:

  • Account management for our clients customers regular meetings, monthly reporting, account development
  • Support new Customers at the start of their journey with our client, working with the Onboarding Manager to bring new contracts successfully into operation
  • Resolve any Customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to senior management
  • Provide support to Residents calling the Customer Services team as required
  • Report monthly KPI's to monthly management meetings
  • Discuss invoices and accounts with Customers
  • Schedule engineer appointments with Customers

Skills Required:

  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
  • Display exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers onthe phone
  • Displaying excellent organisational skills is essential
  • Willingness to go above and beyond, a quick learner and adaptable
