We are a values driven organisation committed to achieving our mission of 'One team, transforming lives', but we're also entrepreneurial, maximising the value of our money and resources.

We now have an excellent opportunity available for a Coordinator to join us to deliver wrap around intensive support and project co-ordination for customers on the A Bed Every Night (ABEN) Programme.

Reporting to the Temporary Accommodation Manager, the Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating personalised support for ABEN customers to ensure joint working across teams and achieve key outcomes.

This role will ensure joined up working between the key delivery teams, Housing Options and Temporary Accommodation.

This Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the successful operational delivery of ABEN in Stockport, including outcome returns and financial monitoring, and liaising with GMCA to maintain a co-ordinated approach with the wider sub-regional programme.

With experience of data collection, administration and recording procedures, you will have the ability to maintain accurate case notes and financial records and organise own case load to support the programme evaluation.

It is also essential that you have a level of relationship skills including empathy, caring, acceptance, mutual affirmation, an encouragement of responsible risk taking, supporting and constructive challenge and positive expectation for the future.

An important aspect of this role is supporting customers to move into long-term accommodation, including searching for private rented properties and out of area referrals.

All posts offer attractive conditions of service and a range of employee benefits including a commitment to personal development, work life balance and a genuine commitment to embrace diversity for employees and customers.
