Your Purpose:

Step into an exciting role with the Molson Coors WE Legal Team as a Paralegal, working directly under the guidance of the Legal Counsel - Marketing. In this dynamic position, you'll be the linchpin supporting various legal matters, ensuring the seamless operation of the Multi Compliance Committee (MCC), drafting essential legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and safeguarding confidential information.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Orchestrate MCC sessions: Lead the organization and facilitation of MCC meetings, including engaging Khoros social media sessions.
    • Showcase submissions: Compile and present submissions, offering insightful feedback.
    • Navigate governance: Coordinate and manage queries to marketing lawyers and Corporate Affairs, playing a pivotal role in governance.
    • Document the dialogue: Record and detail public and governmental complaints about the company's brands, along with the company's responses.
    • Ensure compliance: Partner with Corporate Affairs to verify the efficacy of the marketing compliance process under the expert guidance of marketing lawyers.
    • Champion education: Assist in crafting and updating marketing compliance education programs for internal teams and agency personnel.

About You

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn legal principles and appropriately apply them
  • Commitment to confidentiality; familiarity with contract drafting; negotiation skills; business acumen
