WHAT OUR BRANCH MANAGERS DO:
As Branch Managers, you will:
- Lead and develop a small team using your management skills
- Ensure efficient branch operations
- Build customer relationships to enhance sales and customer experience
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and team management for top-notch performance
- Manage team schedules and recruitment support for regional teams
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintain operational standards, and achieve sales targets
- Support and track training for branch staff
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:
We are looking for proactive Branch Managers who:
- Lead by example and motivate their team to meet sales and branch goals
- Demonstrate passion and energy for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting business objectives
- Have a customer-centric approach and are proactive in engaging with customers
- Possess a commercial mindset to drive sales, maximize margins, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational, leadership, and managerial skills
- Must have a valid driving license
- Previous experience in team leadership, preferably in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC setting is advantageous
