THE ROLE


This is an exciting opportunity to join an established entrepreneurial family business experiencing a substantial period of growth as a Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities will include developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all Marketing activity for the Company to drive increased high quality lead generation for the sales team and retention of existing customers.
  • Manage the marketing team to ensure they are reaching and maximising their potential and delivering on plans.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring and analysing results to drive future campaigns.
  • Direct, oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities ensuring alignment at all times.
  • Advise and Support the People and Talent team on Recruitment marketing and Employer Branding to ensure that the right people can be employed at the right times for the new business that has been generated.
  • Direct, oversee and coordinate the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Have overall responsibility for Branding and Corporate Identity
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategy, campaigns and communications
  • Maintain effective Internal and External Communications to support and enhance retention strategies of both customers and employees.

  • Background in Sales or extensive experience of success within a sales led marketing role
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role and managing a team
  • Developed and been promoted throughout marketing career
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
