We have an exciting opportunity for an MDT Lead to join our Portland Hospital, the UK's largest private children's hospital, dedicated to the healthcare needs of women, children and their families.

The Portland Hospital provides world class, complex medical and surgical care to a variety of Women, children and young people and has a dedicated paediatric intensive care unit.

The use of data is a key driver in the development of clinical outcomes and data for improvement.

Other's may think this is just a role in Admin Team, but to us, you'll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.

Support the development of MDTs across the hospital to ensure all consultants have access to an appropriate specialty MDT
Establish and maintain relationships with key clinicians and MDT chairs to drive improvement of data collection though MDT meetings
Lead on assuring the application and adherence of HCA's quality governance framework and HCA MDT policy standards.

Ensure relevant data collection systems are employed and data analysis undertaken and presented to clinical teams to evidence clinical outcomes.

Ensure data is collated and uploaded onto national databases or registries as required
Actively participate in multi-professional meetings and senior management team meetings acting on behalf of the service
Leads the development, management and promotion of services which support improved patient outcomes through high standard MDT
Line management of MDT coordinator
Attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret complex data
