Freelance Site Manager with Ministry of Justice Experience Needed

Do you have a solid background in managing projects successfully for the Ministry of Justice? We are on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned individual to become part of our team on a freelance basis, steering MOJ projects towards triumph.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ministry of Justice construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to accomplish project goals
  • Collaborate with MOJ representatives, project stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to address project needs and issues
  • Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site, following MOJ guidelines and regulations
  • Track project advancement, pinpoint risks and obstacles, and implement efficient mitigation strategies
  • Create regular progress reports, cost evaluations, and other project paperwork for MOJ assessment
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork, communication, and answerability among project team members
  • Enhanced Level 1 security clearance (not obligatory to apply but willing to undergo the application process)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager, with a specialization in MOJ construction projects
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Valid CSCS card and pertinent certifications
