Our client, a prominent Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in the South East, is currently looking to hire a skilled and certified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.

You will join the existing team of surveyors and analysts, undertaking projects in various sectors like Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Social Housing, Leisure, and Retail to ensure compliance with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. This role plays a crucial part in upholding the company's reputation and standards.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Holding BOHS P402, P403, P404 or equivalent RSPH qualifications is a prerequisite.
- Previous experience in a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
- Proficient in HSG 264 / HSG 248 standards.
- Competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

The Role:
- Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
- Performing re-inspection surveys post-project completion.
- Executing 4 stage clearances.
- Various air testing tasks including leak, smoke, background, and personal air testing.
- Sampling suspected ACMs on-site and ensuring correct labeling and packaging for analysis.
- Adhering to HSG 264 / 248 guidelines rigorously.
- Performing site audits as per company and client requirements.
- Compiling detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
