As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you'll play a vital role in driving and leading the unit alongside clinical duties within the home.

You'll be responsible for various tasks including observation, medication management, reviewing individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team while upholding high standards and practices.

Part of your role will involve building strong connections with residents and their families, offering them the care, kindness, and support they deserve.

At Bupa, we'll provide training on our new digital care systems to streamline your work, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent clinical care to our residents.

In this role, you'll:
  • Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
