We are actively seeking an experienced Premises Officer on behalf of our client.
The successfulcandidate will be responsiblefor the upkeep, securityand overallmanagement of the premises, ensuringa safe and welcoming environment for all.

About You:
Previous experiencein a similar role is preffered
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressureAbout the Role: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the premises
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Coordinate with external contractorsfor repairs and maintenance
Ensure security protocols are followed and manage access control
