The Role of the Clinical Application Specialist:

  • Providing clinical training for electro surgery, robotic surgery & other theatre-based products
  • Supporting a team of Sales Reps.
  • Northwest and North Wales covering Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Carlisle, Crewe, North Wales, Chester.
  • You will be assisting the Area Sales Manager in all elements of the role.
  • Implementation of all key programs and tools.
  • Plan clinical support activity to effect growth and maintain the safe and effective use of products.
  • Create and update all training documentation when necessary.
  • Seek new opportunities within accounts whilst training.
  • Preparation and execution of customer training workshops.
  • Support promotional activity as directed by sales management.
  • Full training will be provided.

The Ideal Person for the Clinical Application Specialist:

  • Must have previous work experience in a clinical environment within a theatre environment.
  • Strong technical and clinical background within surgical environment.
  • Strong presentation skills desirable.
  • Experience delivering training to medical/nursing personnel.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to master technical knowledge regarding product and its clinical use essential.
  • The ability to create training documentation using existing frameworks.
  • IT skills with experience in the use of MS Office Software and Web Internet based communication.
