Hobson Prior are seeking for a QC Analytical Team Lead to join a fantastic biotech establishment on a contract basis inside IR35 located in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will handle and plan the QC team timetable and supervise adherence to the timetable.
  • Accountable for stability studies, which involves current studies, yearly commitments and developmental studies.
  • You will guarantee that high standards are always upheld in the lab.
  • Produce and uphold a concise and informative master stability schedule that offers visibility of studies, pull points and storage conditions to the wider quality team.
  • Preserve and develop groundbreaking knowledge suitable to current and future procedures as well as uphold current knowledge on regulatory expectations.
  • You will initiate and handle connected change controls and guarantee suitable activities are allocated and completed in a timely manner.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in a scientific field.
  • Acquaintance working within a pharmaceutical or similar organisation.
  • Previous involvement with analytical instruments GC and UPLC and troubleshooting.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Technical background with knowhow of GMP, Quality and Regulatory comprehension.
  • Familiarity in a line management role with the ability to interact with and influence a multiskilled team to higher objectives.
