EMEA Duties:

Acting as MS on the Women Executive EMEA group, this person will additionally be responsible for partnering across groups to best serve our EMEA and APAC based members

This may include:

  • Stay up to date on the overall member health for the groups in EMEA, leveraging Salesforce who is engaged, not engaged, and working with the Group Leader(s) on action plan followups
  • Ensure members are tagged for the appropriate campaigns, and track RSVPs for summits, dinners, and calls.
  • Answer questions from members and their EAs on utilizing the World 50 app
  • Maintain relationships with EAs and host lunches and inperson meetings for EAs in the London area.
  • Work with the EMEA team on the project plan for Partners, Engage Calls, EMEA Programs.
  • Collaborate with MD on the pipeline, welcoming new members, invoicing, and backfill
  • Work with the Group Leader(s) to share member voice/stories to help with prospecting and presale marketing, partner on backfills

Foundational MS Role:


This role includes managing member communications and publications, maintaining Executive Assistant relationships, developing events and completing the registration process, coordinating connections between members, as well as, managing the CRM system and the Member Intelligence database.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison to member's assistants and their organizations
  • Manage membership subscription and renewal processes, including AP collections and member engagement opportunities
  • Create, edit and manage outbound communications in physical and electronic form
  • Provide effective onboarding for new members
  • Drive and assist with the development of the Executive Administration program for member executive assistants
  • Support the development of memberrelated publications
  • Manage the packaging, assembling and distribution of various mailings to members
  • Actively manage pool of members, updating collateral, monitoring relationships and developing strategies to provide the highest quality of service to the various memberships
  • Special projects as they arise

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wideranging responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide highest quality of member service
