Join Our Team as a Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive in the Property Department

Are you ready to step into a vibrant property team? Our client is on the hunt for a skilled Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join their dynamic crew at the growing Prescot office.

In this full-time role, you'll be the backbone of our fast-paced department, handling various key responsibilities such as:

  • Opening files
  • Providing quotes to clients
  • Making land registry applications
  • Preparing SDLT forms
  • Keeping clients updated on case progress
  • Liaising with estate agents and agencies
  • Offering day-to-day assistance to the property team

To thrive in this position, you should bring to the table:

  • Confidence and experience in residential conveyancing support
  • Skills in preparing legal documents
  • Proficiency in Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal
  • Optional familiarity with Infotrack
  • At least 12 months of prior experience in a property paralegal role
  • Experience in a CQS accredited practice (a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Numeracy and excellent telephone etiquette
