The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring product quality and maintaining compliance with ISO9001 standards, while also contributing to health and safety, energy, and environmental policies.

  • Role & Responsibilities:
    • - Handle customer complaints, conduct thorough investigations, and implement effective corrective actions
    • - Maintain and enhance corrective action systems such as NCR and Audit
    • - Engage with the ISO9001 quality management system on a daily basis
    • - Manage the approved suppliers list for UK and EU suppliers
    • - Conduct supplier audits
  • Your Skills & Experience:
    • - Minimum of ONC/OND qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality management role
    • - Proficient in conducting audits, lead auditor training would be a plus
    • - Familiarity with ISO9001 is a must
    • - Knowledge of ISO14001 / ISO18001 would be advantageous
    • - Hands-on experience in coordinating improvement activities using methods like 8D and root cause analysis
