Milk Education is partnering with and nurturing a Primary School in the heart of Trafford.

We are looking for an unqualified behavior buddy to help assist, nurture and become a companion to a pupil in their year 1 class.

This role is to begin in January on a long-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

  • You will be working under the direction of the teacher, helping and assisting with any instruction given
  • Must have a positive attitude with an enthusiasm to help with the child's development
  • To create a safe secure space for the child
  • Have the ability to remain calm and patient
  • To be reliable and flexible
  • Experience working with Children or experience working within a classroom
  • To have a knowledge and understanding of the Primary curriculum
  • Must be capable of managing behavior
