Food Production Operative

Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the food manufacturing industry? Look no further We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our clients team in Hull.

You will work on a Monday-Thursday schedule from 6am-4pm, allowing for a long weekend to enjoy your downtime.


Our client offers a starting starting salary of £10 per hour, working the Monday-Thursday Day shift however, you have the opportunity for an increase to £11.50 per hour after just 3 months.

In addition, our offer a shift premium of £2.23 per hour (=£13.73p/h) for the alternating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shift pattern inline with increase production demand.

As a Production Operative you will be required to: To feed slicer & dicers with bread, Monitor slice & dicers to ensure efficient operation, Ensure constant supply of bread to feed hopper, Set up packing operation in accordance with required settings, Efficiently pack required product to customer requirements, Safe removal and recording of waste, Constant monitoring of product quality


To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in food manufacturing, be able to work efficiently as part of a team and hold a valid driver's license.
