Your new company
Your new company are a well established property and development company based in the Wilmslow and are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
Your new role
In your new role you'll be supporting the Commercial Finance Director with adhoc projects whilst taking full ownership of the Financial and Management Accounts.
You will have full control of the P&L whilst providing commercial support to Senior Stakeholders- finance and non-finance. You'll work on the migration of a number of small construction businesses financial reporting from their bespoke systems to COINS.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (QBE will be also be considered) and have previous experience within a similar role. Experience working within the property and construction sector is highly preferred. You will have exceptional communication skills and havean enthusiastic and proactive approach to work. You will be looking to grow you experience and be passionate about your employer. You'll have strong analytical skills and show confidence when interacting with Senior Managers and Directors.
