We are recruiting exceptional individuals who will join the founding team members here at Riverside. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity and one that is quite unique.


The Site Supervisor will work along the Site Manager to ensure that the buildings and school site are secure, tidy and well maintained.

They will perform duties in line with health and safety requirements and take efficient and appropriate action where hazards are identified.

Furthermore, in line with our motto, 'Students First', Site Supervisor will also help to maintain the school grounds to ensure they are fit for purpose for our students.

There is an Academic rigour which is expected from all members of staff. Students are not capped by their key stage and are developed further to achieve more.

There is an expectation that staff fully challenge students and that they strive to be locally and nationally recognised in their roles.

_37hrs per week, 52 weeks per year. _

The NIoT identifies best practice in education, in order to develop cuttingedge, evidencebased teacher training and professional development programmes. _OGAT colleagues will benefit from the routes into teaching that the NIoT offers. _
