Job Title: Paint Technician - Heavy Plant

Location: Newton Aycliffe

Salary: up to £32k basic (DOE) / £40k OTE + benefits listed below

Our Client is a leading manufacturer with a wide range of heavy and light Plant machinery. They have a strong commercial brand and ambitious revenue growth targets. The Person & Skills:
- Experience working on vehicle body work.
- Able to work independently within a team.
- Experience with power tools is advantageous.

The Role:
The ideal candidate for this position has experience in minor repairs such as stone chips, scratches, and small dents.

- Preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to a high standard.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Repairing scratches, scuffs, dents, and windscreen abrasions/chips.
- Conducting general interior refurbishment and related duties.

The Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

- Up to £32k basic salary depending on experience.
- Overtime opportunities.
- 10% pension contribution.
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- Discount Scheme.
