Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm. (With some flexibility)

Job Purpose:

An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and motivated individual to join our technical team.

We are seeking an Apprentice Unified Comms Engineer, due to a shortage of skilled people in the UK, you will go through an intense 18-month training programme where you will gain necessary skills required to do the job.


Responsibilities:

  • System Diagnostics
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults in systems
  • Building and testing telecommunications components and equipment.
  • General administration support to the Service/Sales team.
  • Talking customers through basic user instructions after initial set up.
  • Installing/Fault finding routers, modems, and Wifi and network switches
  • Fault finding line/Broadband/Ethernet connections
  • Visiting customer premises
  • Working in the field
  • Overtime when required.
  • Update the company ticketing system.
  • Provisioning Orders and associated administration
