  • Greeting guests and assisting them with menu selections
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately
  • Serving food and beverages promptly
  • Upselling additional items to enhance the guest experience
  • Providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
  • Adhering to food safety standards at all times

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
