Assembly Supervisor - £31,200 to £36,400 - Gosfield, Essex

A manufacturer based in Gosfield near Halstead are looking for an Assembly Supervisor to join their business.

We are looking for someone to supervise the completion of works orders in the factory and yard area.

This is a hands on role whereby you will also be tasked with assembling metalwork structures so you will need experience of using hand tools and assembling products.

We are looking for someone who has experience supervising a team, be a good communicator and be self motivated.

Assembly Supervisor Duties:

  • Developing the manufacturing plan to the team and describing what needs to be carried out
  • Oversee and ensure procedures, including completion of associated documentation are adhered to for all activities in the workshop
  • To manage and be hands on with completion of assembly works and be active in the production process
  • Monitor and improve the efficient use of resources
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
