  • We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our IT Leasing sales team of 10 people and drive revenue growth.
  • You will be responsible for setting and monitoring sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coaching and motivating the sales staff.
  • You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have 3 years' experience of achieving sales goals and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct the sales activities of the Sales department ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Establish and communicate sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales team and monitor and evaluate their performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share and profitability.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to the sales staff, and conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads and referrals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and analyse sales data and trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Monthly reporting to SLT on sales performance and commissions.
  • 4 month Termly Reviews of each salesperson.

Requirements

  • A-levels or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs, and to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
