What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • You will be responsible for the Supply Chain forecasting for all our Seasonal Events including Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter and so on. Working alongside our Commercial Managers, you will support them in building Seasonal Buys for our Partners, reviewing volume requirements to fill space as well as meet demand.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all volume is planned and signed-off by our Category teams to then support our Commercial Managers when updating our Partners on the Seasonal plan. You will be regularly updating all stakeholders throughout the Season on performance, risk, opportunities and sell-through, always referring to our Commitment sheets to update on performance and latest numbers.
  • You will also be responsible for the Supply Chain forecasting and allocation for all Dine Ins and any Phase specific Meal Deals. This requires you to liaise with the Commercial and Category teams to review previous Deal performance, identify any UPC risks for supply or performance, calculate required volume to support the Deal and fill space and so on.
  • You will also co-ordinate Phase checks alongside our Store Performance team, to ensure all new products,products changing location, new Deal mechanics and so on, are checked in all systems and set-up correctly.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Strong mathematical skills – preferable to have some forecasting/allocation experience on RELEX
  • Strong analytical skills – able to interpret data and offer solutions to improve performance in store and competent in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving – ability to resolve complex issues, take risks and react with pace.
  • Decision-making – ability to make decisions quickly based on varying levels of information
