Here at CRS, we collaborate with a specialized respite care center that offers top-notch care and support to individuals requiring temporary relief from their regular caregiving duties. Our team is devoted to ensuring that our service users receive caring, proficient, and tailored assistance throughout their stay.

We are presently on the lookout for a kind-hearted and dependable Respite Support Worker to become part of our team. As a Support Worker, your core responsibility will be tending to approximately four service users per shift. Your tasks will involve aiding with personal care, medication administration, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users during the night.

  • Assist with personal care activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Offer companionship and emotional assistance
  • Carry out light housekeeping tasks as necessary
  • Prior background in a related caregiving position is preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexible availability for working 2 nights a week, with potential variations in start times, usually between 5 PM and 11 AM
  • Competitive hourly pay of £11, with an extra £80 for night shifts between 11 PM and 7 AM
