Pure Staff are currently recruiting multiple van drivers for our highly regarded client based out of the Manchester (Stretford) area. This role is ongoing. Working for a company that always respects and supports their employees in any way they can.

The van driver position on offer will involve delivering car parts for household names within a 75-mile radius of the depot in Manchester (Stretford). You must ensure all deliveries are made on time while keeping all customers satisfied with your communication and customer service skills.

This opportunity will assist you in becoming an established driver for the company while enhancing your experience, with additional perks such as free car parking, no weekend work, and the chance to learn valuable skills while on the job.

The role of the van driver:

  • Delivering car parts to industrial or residential areas
  • Loading your vehicle correctly to ensure no mistakes in product orders while out on the road
  • Working any days per week with a regular start time at 08:30 am, finishing around 16:30 pm each day depending on your route
  • Following instructions during training and fulfilling the van driver role professionally and supportively

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 year on a driving license (for insurance purposes)
  • Minimum 6 months of commercial van driving experience (for insurance purposes)
  • Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with start times when required to change routes
  • No more than 9 penalty points on your license or any disqualifications

Salary:

  • Pay rate for the role is £11.49 per hour, Monday to Friday
