Are you an experienced lawyer looking for a new challenge in the private equity sector? An elite US law firm with a Tier 2 Private Equity practice in London is seeking a talented and ambitious Associate to join their team.


As an Associate at this prestigious firm, you will have the opportunity to work on high-value, complex deals for a wide range of clients, including some of the largest global private equity funds.

You will be working alongside well-known and highly ranked partners who are known for their approachable nature and open-door policy.


One of the key benefits of this role is the firm's commitment to sustainable workload - with no target hours and a focus on partner to associate ratio, you will have the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility.

Additionally, the firm has a flexible office policy, allowing for three days per week in the office.

In terms of career development, the firm is dedicated to supporting its associates. Each associate is assigned a development partner and mentor to aid in their career progression. Furthermore, upon reaching 6 PQE, associates are promoted to counsel, providing a clear path for career advancement.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in private equity law and a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

You should also be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
