We are looking for an administrator to join our team after an internal promotion.
The selected candidate will assist our practice with various administrative tasks to fulfill our obligations for both NHS and non-NHS funded work. This includes scheduling medical appointments and assessments, handling information requests, communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and external organizations.
Main Job Duties
- Scheduling medical appointments for various assessments.
- Handling and distributing medical reports received from external parties.
- Managing requests from the national cervical screening program.
- Addressing information requests, such as SARs and patient records.
You should be a strong communicator and proficient in IT as requests come through various channels.

We are a large GP practice serving over 19,000 patients in Abbeydale, near Gloucester. Our team includes GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Technicians, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Nurses, Practice Nurses, and Administrators. We operate from a modern facility to meet our patients' needs effectively.
