Qualifications & Experience:
" The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
" Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
" Good communication skills both written and verbal.
" Fully conversant with asbestos Health & safety procedures.
" Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Key Role:
" Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial, industrial and residential properties.
" Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.
" Build & maintain a good working relationship with the company's mixed portfolio of clients Commercial and Industrial portfolio
" Travelling across the UK
