About the Role
We are now looking for a talented part-time Finance Assistant to help us achieve our mission.

Main duties of the role include:

  • Supplier Ledger Control (inputting invoices, arranging payments, and dealing with supplier queries)
  • Bank inputting & reconciliations
  • Nominal Ledger control
  • Collating and recording of payroll hours to submit to our payroll agency
  • Provide support for monthend and yearend functions

Essential Skills Required:

  • Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages and experience of working with Sage 50
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with experience of analytical work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
