We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering quality care, to join our committed team as a Support Worker (Relief) in Neath.
We have a flexible, relief post available.This service needs to be staffed 24/7 so you will be required to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep in shifts.
There are various daytime shift times and sleep ins.We are looking for females who are able to work in Glyneath and males and females in Neath
Drivers for this role are desirable

What will you do?
You will be involved in all aspects of day to day support for our clients, including;
- Emotional support
- Help clients to grow in confidence to access the community
- Supporting clients to maintain relationships with friends and family
- Work in partnership with Community schemes
- Support with medication and health visits
- Support with laundry and cleaning

A background of working with Mental Health is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.

For this role you will require anEnhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
To work in this role you will need to be registered with Social Care Wales. If you're not already we'll help you do this as part of your recruitment process.
