We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader in Wolverhampton - EMC.

In this role you will be responsible for the management of Associates, managing the day to day operational tasks, processes and throughput within your area.


About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Coach all Team Members daily in processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and monitor safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods and countermeasures implemented.
  • Maintain standard work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer
  • Drive a zero tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Understand throughput rate to support customer requirements.
  • Operate visual delivery tracking systems in order that commodity status can be seen at a glance.
  • Reporting of all throughput, improvement and people requirements within given time parameters.
  • Assist in New Part changes, production trials, model change and pilot build in area of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Experience in leading a team.


 Strong IT knowledge
  • Excel etc.
  • Job experience in a Tier 1 operation is beneficial (JIT, Sequencing, Packing, Delivery).
