Continued success has made a position available in our Marketing team, working during school term time and school hours if appropriate.

Colorfoto is a major company in the school photography sector.

We have our own photographic laboratory and design studio in central Cardiff and have served the education sector in Wales and the west of England for 30 years.


Duties include:
Verification of data and ensuring that customer accounts and communication records are kept up to date and accurate

Providing support to the sales team

Working closely with customers and our sales team, providing commercial, reporting & administrative support.

Being a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer queries

Attention to detail is essential

Proficiency in the use of Excel, Outlook and Word are essential. You will be given full training on our CRM systems.

Experience in the education sector, Welsh language skills, business development or head office sales experience will be an advantage.

A 30 hour week, Monday to Friday, applies to this position.

Salary is dependent on experience and pro rata to full time employment.
