Salary: From £18 p/h to £27p/h - shift dependant, plus overtime
Shifts: Mon- Fri (37 hours) OR Mon-Thu (37 hours) OR Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (34.5 hours)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful and growing Northwest Engineering business. Our client is looking for experienced and skilled setters for their CNC Milling sections for an immediate start.

As a CNC Setter, your duties will be:
  • Setting and operating CNC machines.
  • Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
  • Health and Safety of yourself and others.
  • Producing high quality components to exacting standards.
  • Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
  • Setting and running parts to planned time.
  • Continuous Improvement of methods and working practices.
  • High Housekeeping standards.
An ideal CNC Setter will hold the following skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience in milling.
  • Able to set and operate CNC machines.
  • Proven capability in setting and operating machinery ideally in a precision engineering environment.
  • Experience and familiar with Mazak lathes, vertical milling machines, Fanuc control and horizontal milling machines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
