Programmatic Account Manager - London Based

We are seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to join one of the fastest-growing teams within our agency, based in London. This exciting role offers the opportunity for a motivated individual with a creative and analytical mindset to step into a senior specialist position.

The ideal candidate for this role should be ambitious, enthusiastic, and have a track record of account management responsibilities. It is essential to be a good fit for our team culture by being friendly, positive, and self-disciplined.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for client-facing tasks such as planning, activation, optimization, and reporting across various DSP platforms including DV360, Trade Desk, Verizon, and Amazon. You will have ownership of client relationships from a programmatic perspective and participate in pitches while supporting senior management on various projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with exciting brands across multiple channels such as digital OOH, Connected TV, Audio, Video, and Display.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the team and agency in applying programmatic buying strategies effectively
  • Manage major clients, attend briefings, and provide early feedback in the planning process
  • Supervise and mentor a junior trader, aiding in their career development and training
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to digital testing roadmaps
  • Deliver analysis and recommendations in client meetings confidently
  • Support Head of Programmatic in new business pitches and projects
  • Ensure high-quality work on client accounts
  • Collaborate with digital planners to align campaigns with other channels
  • Ensure precise campaign implementation and performance

Requirements:

  • Approximately 4 years of experience in Programmatic planning and buying
  • Hands-on experience with various DSPs, channels, and ad tech landscape
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience in technology platforms
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of client challenges
  • Proactive approach to issue anticipation and solution production
  • Numerical and analytical proficiency
  • Understanding of media channels
