This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Navy. As a strategy and change management analyst, you'll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop strategic communications plans, organizational designs, and change strategy implementation. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with program and operations management with an emphasis on logistics support
• 7+ years of experience with managing requirements using established processes, advising clients on program status, schedule, and risks
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, process improvement, and metrics development supporting senior executive clients
• 5+ years of experience with DoD management support
• Experience with informational technology service management operating models in complex technology portfolio management
• Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps process specifically with Marine expeditionary force
• Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
