Telesales Advisor 4 Month FTC

We are currently looking for multiple talented Telesales Advisors to join our client's successful and rapidly expanding team, providing excellent service to customers.

The successful candidate will have a base salary of £25 - £30K DOE, £45K OTE and excellent benefits. They will be selling a wide range of services to customers while demonstrating strong communication and rapport-building skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Important: This role is a 4-month FTC starting on Monday 3rd June, running until the end of September 2024.

Hybrid Working: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. Hours: Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving and exceeding realistic sales targets
  • Providing outstanding levels of service to all customers
  • Speaking with pre-booked or expecting customers (no cold calling)
  • Researching and recommending suitable services based on customer needs
  • Using communication tools effectively to maintain customer relationships
  • Responding promptly to customer issues and providing optimal solutions
