Self-employed Mortgage Adviser, Leicestershire


Operating in the local community for over 21 years there is an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection adviser to join a Mortgage Brokerage where you will be provided with a high-street shop premises, pre-existing client bank, leads and administrativesupport.

In this role you will service and build lasting relationships with circa. 450 current clients ensuring their mortgage and protection needs are being met.


You will also provide expert, whole of market advice to new customers which are generated via referrals, walk-ins, and reputation in the local market.

Surrounded by local estate agencies, you have the opportunity to build strong introducer arrangements withnumerous firms to generate new business.


You are not required to bring clients with you; however, any self-generated business will be rewarded with favourable commission splits.


Whether you are transitioning from an employed role or are already an established sole-trader, the business will provide you with a guaranteed income while you find your feet for the first few months.


This opportunity will suit an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser with Competent Adviser Status (CAS), who is self-motivated and has strong relationship development skills.

About you:

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with CAS held within the last 2 years
  • Demonstrable experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
  • Selfmotivated and proactive approach with the drive to achieve the best outcome for your clients, establishing long standing relationships and always providing an outstanding service
