About us
What you will be doing:
-
Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner.
To attend staff meetings & take minutes as required.
To liaise with the Home Manager undertaking data entry into the Bodet time and attendance software.
To deliver staffing hours worked to the Home Manager on Monday morning.
To check and approve invoices.
To support the Home Manager during fire drills and other health and safety duties.
To ensure administration of the recruitment of new staff is conducted accurately and in a timely and effective manner.
Assisting Manager with rosters to always ensure safe level of staffing at the home.
Assisting Manager with external agencies arranging staff cover when required.
Assisting with Residents Personal Monies and our Residents Funds and ensuring all monies balance with receipts
Maintaining our archiving process and ensuring all archiving is up to date, filed correctly, and logged on the spreadsheet.
To raise Purchase Order Requests to the Quality Manager weekly for all agency staff.
To carry out other duties as agreed with the Home Manager
What you will bring:

Desirable skills and qualifications:

RSA Typing I II and III
Previous experience of working with a time and attendance database
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
