This role is an exciting opportunity for a HCM professional who is motivated by the challenges of operating at a Firmwide level and dealing with multiple stakeholders.

The Executive Compensation team is responsible for regulatory reporting, remuneration disclosures, remuneration governance, responding to the European remuneration regulations and other activities including assisting with the public disclosure of Directors Emoluments, dealing with senior employee compensation matters, handling employee equity queries and other ad hoc projects.

The individual will be involved in the following activities:

Preparation / review of regulatory submissions Determination of Material Risk Taker populationPreparation / review of public remuneration disclosures Drafting responses to regulatory queriesPreparation of materials for remuneration committee meetingsInvolvement in ad hoc projects as required to respond to changes in remuneration rulesInvolvement in director's emoluments reportingOther annual executive remuneration processesCoordinate with colleagues in the Firmwide Compensation team - together with other departments such as Equity Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Controllers, Legal and Tax

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

To be successful in performing and developing in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate strength and experience in the majority of the following areas:
