JOB ROLE:

FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

LOCATION:
Penrith, Cumbria

PAY RATES:
£10.00

START DATE:
Immediate starts available

JOB LENGTH:
This role is ongoing and will go Permanent after a qualifying 18 week period.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working on a busy production line, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Picking & Packing
  • Handling raw meats
  • Prepping foods

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally you will have worked in a food production environment previously
  • Be able to follow simple processes and guidelines
  • Be able to take direction and work to deadlines

HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday. Start time will vary from 5am/6am and finish time is dependant.

Benefits & Requirements:

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
