We are seeking candidates with a special interest in Advanced Rhinology. Successful applicants should possess relevant Fellowship experience.

Our strong connections with Glasgow universities and the MRC, along with a distinguished history in research and education, provide an exceptional environment for professional growth. The appointed candidate will be actively encouraged to engage in and enhance this aspect.

You will become part of the largest collaborative team of ENT Consultants in the UK, operating within one of Europe's leading modern teaching hospitals. Our services cover elective, emergency, and outpatient care throughout NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. With the centralization of emergency admissions, our inpatient services are centered at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, with Consultants participating in a 1 in 10 on-call rotation.

This position is a full-time role based on a 10 PA setup, although we are open to considering applications from those seeking part-time opportunities.

All newly appointed Consultants are initially allocated a minimum of 1 Core Supporting Professional Activity (SPA), encompassing CPD, audit, clinical governance, appraisal, revalidation, job planning, and management meetings. This allocation will be reassessed within 6 months of commencement (or sooner if necessary) and adjusted upwards if additional duties are mutually agreed upon.
