As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the design of projects valued up to £6M
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit Design team
  • Create Electrical designs for various aspects including Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems
  • Work on prestigious projects in sectors such as Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Retail
  • Utilize the latest Design tools and technology for continuous improvement
  • Have opportunities for career progression and development


We are interested in individuals currently employed in the Building Services Sector as an Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Building Services Design Engineer, whether from a Consultancy or Contracting background.

We are particularly looking for those familiar with software such as Amtech, Relux, and Hevacomp.

If you hold qualifications like an HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, or CIBSE membership, we would like to hear from you.


As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, your salary will fall within the £50-55K range, and you will also receive benefits such as a company car, private healthcare, life insurance, and pension.
